By purchasing this ticket, I am providing consent for my child to participate in this program. Little Yogis is a mobile Yoga & Mindfulness program for kids with the goal of improving physical, mental, and emotional health – all while having fun! Developed by an Ontario Certified Teacher and yoga teacher, our non-traditional yoga program combines mindfulness, movement, games and yoga challenges that build flexibility and balance to give your children a full and active experience. Our program is crafted to help build resiliency, strengthen self-regulation, and provide a sense of belonging and community for all children.
