Little Yogis for Preschoolers and Kinders (3- 6 years) - Oct 22

Little Yogis is a mobile Yoga & Mindfulness program for kids with the goal of improving physical, mental, and emotional health – all while having fun! Developed by an Ontario Certified Teacher and yoga teacher, our non-traditional yoga program combines mindfulness, movement, games and yoga challenges that build flexibility and balance to give your children a full and active experience. Our program is crafted to help build resiliency, strengthen self-regulation, and provide a sense of belonging and community for all children

By purchasing this ticket, you give Little Yogis permission to use your child's photo for promotional print and online marketing materials including but not limited to: Print, website and social media.

By purchasing this ticket, I am providing consent for my child to participate in this program. I also agree to realize and indemnify TTMS and Little Yogis, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims for damage arising from any injury or otherwise related actions to my child as a result of any accident, illness, injury or for any other reason arising from participation in any activities.

Agnes is a certified yoga instructor from Hong Kong and she is now based in Toronto. She can guide practices in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and French. She aims to help students build a stronger mind and body via learning of yoga alignments and theories. Agnes started doing yoga seven years ago and she believes that through constant practices, one can improve their flexibility and strength, not only for the physical body, but also for the inner being.

She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Education and Journalism in University of Hong Kong and she has acquired 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Anahata Yoga, with Yoga Alliance. She first started teaching to adults and later extended her teaching to kids.

Agnes is a certified Kids Yoga teacher from Peaceful Babes, with Yoga Alliance. She focuses on developing flows to help kids improve their attention span and train up their active listening skills through interactive games in a supportive environment.
