Jill Yoga offers FREE SHIPPING across Canada on all orders over $75.00. Orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days once order has been processed. All orders under $75.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00. Please allow up to 14 business days for orders shipped to remote locations. All Jill Yoga customers will be provided a tracking number once there order has been processed and shipped.

Jill Yoga will accept orders being shipped to a Canada PO Box but please be aware that these orders will be shipped via Canada Post and some may not be be provided a tracking number.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that a return is required Jill Yoga will accept returns within 30 days of a customer's purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition as received with all original packaging. To make a return please contact us at customerservice@jillyoga.com to indicate a return has been sent and the reason for your return.
