All orders under $75.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00. Please allow up to 14 business days for orders shipped to remote locations. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing.

All Jill Yoga customers will be provided a tracking number once there order has been processed and shipped.

Jill Yoga will accept orders being shipped to a Canada PO Box but please be aware that these orders will be shipped via Canada Post and some may not be be provided a tracking number.

Orders are shipped via Post or UPS depending on the shipping option that you choose.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that a return is required Jill Yoga will accept returns within 30 days of a customer's purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition as received with all original packaging. To make a return please contact us at customerservice@jillyoga.com to indicate a return has been sent and the reason for your return. Please enclose the original invoice as received along with the return item or items. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please send all returns to:
