RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that a return is required Jill Yoga will accept returns within 30 days of a customer's purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition as received with all original packaging.

 

To make a return, submit a return request.

 

To submit a return request, please click HERE or click on the profile icon on the top of the page.

  1. Log into your account: Enter your email address associated with your order, click continue, you will then receive an email from Jill Yoga with a six-digit verification code to enter.
  2. Click the order that you wish to submit a return for.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Select the reason for your return.
  5. Click “Submit Request”.

Once your return request is approved, please proceed to shipping your returning items.

Please enclose the original invoice as received along with the return item or items. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.
