Strong Mom & Babe - Postpartum Core Class with Jen - Jan 10thWell deserved Me time! Connect with your muscles and baby to feel stronger, decrease aches and pains that come post partum (low back, upper back we’re looking at you!) and feel renewed and just amazing! In this class, we’re focusing on slow and gentle moves to activate your core. We’re combining breath and intention in our moves to realign the spine and hips, get more flexible, increase mobility, feel stronger and present for your family!
