Kid's ExerPlay With Jen - Oct 29

Burning calories and Building muscles are so much more fun when we add PLAY! Crank up your feel good hormones as we squat, jack and crunch to reduce stress, feel happier and exercise to feel more present and vital with the kiddies! In this class, we’re getting the kiddies (and us mommies) to (re)learn the fundamentals of movement while we play, laugh and sweat.
