Yoga, mindfulness and connection - A beautiful way to start your Sunday by bonding with your mini. Our Family yoga event consists of 45 mins of playful, connective yoga led by Andrea Caruso. We will explore breath and movement together as well as fun partner poses and interactive family fun! A great way to introduce your little one to the benefits yoga and mindful movement. Ages 3 and up.
